At Bondi Resortwear, we aim to deliver your order promptly and securely. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, or external factors beyond our control.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via your preferred email or SMS. We are not liable for courier delays or lost/stolen packages but will support you in lodging claims where required.

If your package does not arrive within 30 days (domestic) or 45 days (international) of dispatch, please contact us. Depending on the courier investigation, you may be offered a replacement or store credit.

Return eligibility is determined by the courier partner's confirmed delivery date. Refunds for delayed deliveries are not automatic unless the courier deems the order lost. Bondi Resortwear reserves the right to update delivery timelines during peak seasons or external disruptions.

If you need any clarification relating to your delivery or making requests for express shipping, kindly drop a note with your order or contact our customer service team here from Monday to Friday, 12 p.m.–6 p.m. AEST (excluding public holidays). Extra charges may be applicable for express deliveries.

We understand that sometimes customers may change their minds about a purchase. Whether it’s due to a rare fault in the fabric or simply a change of heart, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth and hassle-free as possible.

This policy sets out your rights as a customer and how we handle returns, exchanges, and other concerns to ensure a fair and transparent experience.

Return Window


You have 10 days from the date of delivery to submit a request for returning eligible items.

No returns will be accepted after 10 days under any circumstances.

First-time customers in Australia are eligible for one free return shipping label per order, with a refund provided in the form of store credit or directly to your bank account as per your choice. You will receive additional incentives through store credits. The return must be initiated within the return window of 10 days, and once the item is received and inspected, it will be approved.

 

 

For existing customers, return shipping fees of $12 AUD will be charged back and assessed on a case-by-case basis. Charges will be waived off if you opt for an exchanged item storewide.

If multiple returns are made for the same order, additional shipping costs will be applicable to the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or an incomplete address and remains unclaimed after Australia Post’s or any other courier partner’s standard holding period, the customer will be responsible for any return shipping and re-dispatch charges.

International returns: Customers outside of Australia are responsible for their return shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable). It is advised to check with your courier provider as the latter is typically not applicable for amounts up to $200–250 AUD. First-time shoppers get a 50% refund for shipping fees in the form of store credits in your Bondi Resortwear account and can use them to purchase your next item. 

Refunds & Store Credit


If you inform us to return an item within 10 days of receiving it, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. If a customer is willing to receive store credits, we can issue them, or they can opt-in directly from the return portal for a valuable benefit with additional discounts on the next order.

If a request is raised after 10 days of receiving goods, they are not eligible for any refunds or store credits. This condition is non-negotiable.

Items that are custom-sized or purchased during final sale (tagged on products) are non-refundable unless they are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. 

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process once the returned goods are received and approved.

Refunds are not applicable for shipping fees unless the product was incorrect or faulty.

Orders placed in a custom size are final sales and not eligible for refunds.

Clearance or final sale items. We only accept exchanges; we do not accept returns. Store credits may be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

Black Friday 2025 sale is a final sale event. This policy is not applicable to other sale events. It cannot be refunded and will be processed in the form of store credits. 

Exchanges are not guaranteed and may be approved on a case-by-case basis only.

Condition of Items


Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, and in original condition with all tags attached for the items. We understand packaging may not be in the same condition as sent.

If the returned item is damaged, visibly used, or does not meet hygiene or quality standards, we reserve the right to refuse the return or reduce the refund/store credit based on product cost.

Damaged goods caused during customer wear or misuse will not be accepted.

How to Make a Return


Visit our Returns Portal and fill in your return request with your order number and reason for return. Fill in all the details in the form, as it will help us process your request quickly.

For first-time shoppers, we will generate a return label after review, and you don’t have to pay from your end. This is applicable to the Australian region, and others may differ.

Please place the item securely in an existing or a new bag.

Ensure you use a tracked shipping service. We always recommend using return services from us. Bondi Resortwear is not liable for items lost in transit when shipped on your own.
